Defective/Damaged Items- It is your responsibility
to thoroughly inspect the item for any defects or damages
caused during shipping. You have 3 business days,
from the day you receive your order, to contact our Customer
Service Department by phone or by email to make arrangements
and we will be more than happy to exchange the item for you.*
Cancellations- You have
until shipment confirmation to cancel your
order or purchase. Once the shipment has been confirmed, the
cancellation will be treated as returns. All cancelled transactions
with credit card purchase might assess additional fees, if
the credit card companies have a fee associated with reversing

any reason that you are not satisfy with your purchase, within
30 days of receipt, we will gladly arrange for the refund.
The item must be in transit within the 30 day time period
referenced above. Because Remedy Chairs offer free shipping
to all customers, in a case of return of the merchandise,
your full refund will be the invoice price less the fees associated
with the delivery and the return of the item.*

We at Remedy Chairs offer free standard shipping
at no extra cost to you. Once your purchase is made, your
item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on
your location, standard shipping usually takes 2– 7
business days via ground delivery within the continental 48
states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO. White Glove
service (Onsite Setup) is available at an additional cost.

MASSAGE CHAIRS, WHAT IS COVERED:
-3 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
-This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
-This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
-This warranty includes parts costs covered for the 2nd year at no cost to the customer.
-Structural Framework on selected products carries an additional one year of warranty for a total of three years.
-The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
MASSAGE CHAIRS, WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
-This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
-This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse.
-The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
-normal wear-and-tear on upholstery.
-improper use on product.
-unauthorized alteration or tempering.
-caused by accidental misuse.
