Privacy Policy

We, at Remedy Chairs, may collect information such as: your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card and PayPal information to fulfill your order or purchase. We are committed to protect our customers’ personal information, and do not share with others. When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked for your name, address and phone number to better assist you in any questions or concerns that you might have. We are committed to providing appropriate security controls to protect personal information we have about you. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.

 

Security Policy

Remedy Chairs uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure transmissions. SSL applies encryption between two communicating computer systems, such as your PC and our corporate Internet server. When your data is transmitted over the Internet, it is encrypted or "scrambled" at the sending end and then decrypted or "unscrambled" at the receiving end. We use 128-bit encryption, the highest level generally available today.

 

Return Policy

Defective/Damaged Items
- It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item for any defects or damages caused during shipping. You have 3 business days, from the day you receive your order, to contact our Customer Service Department by phone or by email to make arrangements and we will be more than happy to exchange the item for you.*

Cancellations- You have until shipment confirmation to cancel your order or purchase. Once the shipment has been confirmed, the cancellation will be treated as returns. All cancelled transactions with credit card purchase might assess additional fees, if the credit card companies have a fee associated with reversing charges.*

Returns – Remedy Chairs has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, if for any reason that you are not satisfy with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly arrange for the refund. The item must be in transit within the 30 day time period referenced above. Because Remedy Chairs offer free shipping to all customers, in a case of return of the merchandise, your full refund will be the invoice price less the fees associated with the delivery and the return of the item.*

*All returns/exchange/cancellation items are subject to inspection by Remedy Chairs to ensure that the items are in its original, “new” condition and the defective/damages items, are not due to misuse or unauthorized alterations. All exchange/refunds are limited to one per customer. All items must be in its original packaging with the manual and all accessories. All items shipped back to us must have an authorization code to be accepted by our receiving department. You may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-585-8158 or by email at support@rememdychairs.com to obtain the code. Remedy Chairs reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

 

Shipping Policy

We at Remedy Chairs offer free standard shipping at no extra cost to you. Once your purchase is made, your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 2– 7 business days via ground delivery within the continental 48 states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO. White Glove service (Onsite Setup) is available at an additional cost. If you have any questions please contact our customer service department.

 

Warranty Policy

Remedy Chairs provides the following limited warranty for products sold in the U.S.

MASSAGE CHAIRS, WHAT IS COVERED:
-3 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
-This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
-This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
-This warranty includes parts costs covered for the 2nd year at no cost to the customer.
-Structural Framework on selected products carries an additional one year of warranty for a total of three years.
-The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

MASSAGE CHAIRS, WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
-This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
-This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse.
-The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
-normal wear-and-tear on upholstery.
-improper use on product.
-unauthorized alteration or tempering.
-caused by accidental misuse.
